Add core::fmt::Binary support for integers

Thanks for your PR! The BinaryFmt implementation ended up being incompatible with typenum's ancient MSRV, so I've since removed it, but kept the core::fmt::Binary implementations.

Since BinaryFmt was just returning new, you can do the same thing with default().
