[question]: lr-kallisto - Dockerfile for kallisto and bustools to aid with long reads

I am trying to build a docker container that has both kallisto and bustools configured for long reads (ONT). However, despite many tries, kallisto build keeps failing for one reason or other - all related to bifrost

I was wondering if you (or anyone else in the community) has a dockerfile or docker image that will work with long reads and the same image would have tools like kallisto, bustools properly configured for long reads.

I have also seen this (from 2019) - BUStools/bustools#23

I wanted to get this combo container to be able to containerize a solution for this from the dogme code
