Hi! My colledge' ID is totally messed up by my own HR #152972

Hi everyone,I am a teacher in LMSU university, i have issues applying for free benefits to boost my classes. My Id is severely messed up with my own HR with yearly validation stamps and handwriting, so it looks totally unreadable for computer vision or even human (i've attached a close example from google to illustrate). So the system won't be able to recognize my initials there.
Is there any way to apply passing by the automated checks? It seems like i'am just constantly getting bumped off by a bot not capable to handle such task. But when addressing to support page it says that manual checks are no longer performed. Thank you. |

Hi @optimizatormk8, Unfortunately, manual reviews are no longer provided. Given the problem with your ID, you should submit another document proving your affiliation with the school: a verification letter containing your full name, the name of the school, and a current date should suffice. I also suggest that you submit a photo of the original documentation in Russian along with a translated version of the same document in English. |
