Run E2E tests on instrumentation images built from the PR branch

We currently only run E2E tests on default instrumentation images. As such, we don't have any immediate validation for changes to these images. In addition to the aforementioned, we should build the images from the PR branch, and run tests on those as well.

Ideally, this should also be the case for the e2e test apps, but those change much less frequently.
