Description
Updates the supervisor to report the agent's
ComponentHealthwhenever it receives it.Replaces #39863.
If we like this approach I'll follow up with a PR to remove all the automatic healthcheck extension stuff.
Testing
New unit test and confirmed e2e tests still pass.
