Add support for Redis sentinel information

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Right now the Redis receiver doesn't support extracting the Sentinel information.
That information should be available in the info command inside the Redis Sentinels containers.

Describe the solution you'd like

Either support in this receiver o a new receiver that can provide the status of a Redis Sentinel deployment
In particular the sentinel_tilt metric to know if there is a failure in the system

This makes sense for me to expose it, as it will help the users to improve the monitoring when redis_mode is sentinel.
