[ Fix ] : unclear text in speaker recruitment section #242

Fixes #242

Problem

The sentence in the Invited Speakers section was grammatically awkward and unclear:

"If your system is to have speakers come to you & ask, but research shows they tend not to do so, they won't come."

Solution

Rewrote the text to be clearer and more actionable:

"If you rely on speakers to approach you directly, research shows that many qualified speakers (especially from underrepresented groups) are unlikely to self-nominate, so you'll miss out on diverse talent."
