Issues while installing dependances

Hi All,
I am trying to install dependences for SNOW CLI using  npm install command . i am receiving an error called

**npm ERR! cb() never called!

npm ERR! This is an error with npm itself. Please report this error at:
npm ERR!     `<https://npm.community>**`


Please suggest what to do
