Adds multi-agent processing tools and Paytour/Digisac API integrations to expand the agent's capabilities.
This PR introduces new modules for
ResponseFinalizer,ResponseReducer, andResearchPlannerto enhance information processing. It also integratesPaytourToolsandDigisacToolsfor external service interaction, along with corresponding agent actions and diary entries. Dependency conflicts were resolved to ensure a stable build.
