  • Update CI to run Ruby 4.0.0
  • Update ruby-setup for Ruby 4.0 compatibility
  • lower Minitest version from 5.18.2 to 5.12.0. for Ruby 4.0.0 support (5.12.0 is the highest version that supports our tested Rubies)
  • Resolve TODO for redis-clustering and grpc testing w/Ruby 4.0
  • Add # rubocop:disable Minitest/AssertPathExists to an Infinite Tracing test that is rubocop upset
