Enable Trivy in super-linter

Currently the trivy scanner in the super-linter is disabled.  Make trivy working to find security related issues.

TODO:

- Enable trivy by setting env var `VALIDATE_TRIVY` to ` true` in the Github Action worklow
- Run the current code base against trivy
- If anything fails, fix it.
