Migrating magerun2-list-api-endpoints package to core?

Years ago, we have built an extension "magerun2-list-api-endpoints" for magerun2. It allows you to list (and filter) all API endpoints of your Magento instance.

I haven't had the time to update it in recent years and was wondering if you want to include the functionality in magerun2 core? Happy to create a PR with the command and the tests if you feel this makes sense.
