incorrect balance display in Neuron

incorrect balance display in Neuron

Hello!
After updating Neuron (first to version 0.202.0 then 0.202.1) it shows the wrong balance - 2 transactions were lost (one for receipt, the other - deposit in Nervos DAO).

I re-synchronized Neuron several times (used the "Clear all synchronized data" function) and there is no result.

Is it possible to get a detailed sequence of correct actions to solve this problem?

I've went through your addresses and found 4 Nervos DAO Deposits and 1 Receipt

1. Deposit 1: 2021/11/24
2. Deposit 2: 2022/09/27
3. Deposit 3: 2022/11/09
4. Deposit 4: 2023/10/12
5. Receipt 1: 2023/12/06

Is the above data correct? And which deposit is missing now?

Hi, Chen! The data appears to be correct, some dates differ by one day (probably due to time zone differences). Sorry for the late reply.

I've checked the on-chain data, and everything looks correct. The missing entries are like due to a local cache issue. Could you try going to Settings => Data => Cache => Refresh? That should be done in seconds and help resolve it.
