evaluate Meson #108
Description
I don't like CMake files very much, but I've yet to find something else that has a similar set of features I want. I can't even remember what those features are, aside from being able to build in VS. If that's the only requirement, it sounds like Meson also fulfils it, so I should check it out some time.
