MOAI 2.0 - Samples are out of date

Just to note for anyone interested, I am currently working on bringing all of the samples up to date with MOAI 2.0.  The goal is to have working samples again - with a lot of the API changes, samples were broken.

I'll use this issue to track progress .. if anyone has contributions, please let me know.
