VS agent sound is annoying

I use an AI agent, but while it's working, it makes a constant, distracting noise. Since it takes a few minutes, I often run another agent in parallel. However, the constant noise almost like drum beating makes it hard to concentrate.

I found this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-A6KFQPV67k&t=204s on how to turn off all noises. Ideally, there should only be a notification sound when user input is needed, not during background tasks like reading files or other intermediate steps. Maybe it there should be choice like UI dark theme also we need sound silent mode, only notify when needed.
