[Bug]: Unable to drag&drop pinned recipes between pages of pinned recipes

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

1. Pin a bunch of recipes until it forms a second page.
2. Try dragging a recipe from second page or to second page or within second page.

Mod version: 19.25.1.332
Minecraft 1.21.1

Expected Behavior

Allows to move recipes between pages and on second and further pages.

Actual Behavior

Unable to move recipes between pages and withing second and further pages.
