gitea support in the operator

What is the feature you would like to have?

GARM has now support for gitea (luckily the abbreviation could also mean: Gitea Action Runner Manager 😅 )

We should try to support gitea as well.
The setup for gitea is documented in the garm repo here

I want to mention here as well that I have a Proof of Concept demo example for garm-operator on a modded garm version v0.1.5 (that allows Gitea instances to use the GitHub Endpoint and Credentials as is, while the final design has split them)

I assume the only missing piece here is to add the Gitea Endpoint types.

I assume the only missing piece here is to add the Gitea Endpoint types.

The things that need to be added (roughtly) are:

• The Gitea endpoint type
• Gitea credentials
• the forge type parameter when creating an entity. It can be omitted, but for ambiguous cases, it becomes mandatory, so might as well add it.

The rest should be the same.
