Expand sections in `README.md`

https://github.com/mas-cli/mas is really difficult to peruse right now, because it's necessary to expand each <details> section one-at-a-time to read.

This is compounded by the fact that the header link anchor (as currently added by GitHub) significantly overlaps with the expansion icon:

Expand all the sections. I think a lot of projects on GitHub do fine with this.

If it's a concern that people will not immediately be able to identify some sections, they can be linked from the top like this:

In the latest Safari, Chrome & Firefox on macOS 26.1, and in Safari & the latest GitHub app on iOS 26.1, <detail>s can be expanded by clicking/tapping on the summary text, not just on the expansion icon.

Are you experiencing different behavior? Are you using a different browser or version?

I'm not the biggest fan of how GitHub renders nested <detail>s, but it's nice to be able to drill down instead of being inundated with a wall of text. Hopefully, GitHub will improve nested <detail> rendering, or maybe I could look into manually formatting them, if possible, but, unfortunately, that would be a low priority given all the other pending mas work.

Ah, right, that's certainly a bit nicer. (Thanks for the reminder, I do know this functionality of <details> but I've trained myself out of affordances because a lot of sites implement them badly.)

In any case, I don't think it makes the perusing much nicer. That still involves a lot of clicking and scrolling and hoping you haven't missed a section. I'm much more used to a wall of text for README files for getting a full picture of the project.

I'm not too fussed, just thought I'd file an issue.
