Configuring links

How can I view or edit existing links?
As far as I got the setup every time the link is overwritten, so you can't see previous value.
This is valid for JS code as well.

The current value of the layer should show in the dialog unless you have multiple layers selected with different values. In the demo Sketch file if you select the download button and goto Plugins > Click-Thru Prototype > Add JavaScript Dialog you should see the settings for that layer. It's difficult to diagnose what is the problem you are encountering without seeing the Sketch file.
