Description:

Add option config-types on app:config:dump from Community contribution, PR: magento/magento2#12410

Content was originally written and merged during 2.2.5 (devdocs_internal PR 1925). But the content is no longer in the docs. Researching and will add the information back to the docs. Will also verify if this needs forward porting to 2.3.

Expected result:

Add new CLI command update to DevDocs Pipeline Deployment section.
