Fuzzer object files differ between phase 2 and 3

While building LLVM 14.0.0 on AArch64 Ubuntu bionic, I'm seeing differences between phase 2 and 3 in these files:

file fuzzer_interceptors.o differs between phase 2 and phase 3
file fuzzer.o differs between phase 2 and phase 3
file fuzzer_no_main.o differs between phase 2 and phase 3

I'm seeing the same issue for armv7.

Not sure if this is related at all but I've also found differing object files for rc1. However, they are different files. I've been using #53768 to track my investigation.

Was this fixed in -rc2 ?

Hi @tstellar, this was fixed in -rc2 for AArch64, but not for armv7. I haven't had time to investigate much.

This issue was not resolved in time for 14.0.0 and will need to be fixed in the next release (14.0.1). If you disagree with this or you feel there was a mistake, please change the milestone back to 'LLVM 14.0.0 Release' so we can discuss.
