Changes

  • Merged HACKING.md into CONTRIBUTING.md.
  • Improved the contents of CONTRIBUTING.md (referencing line-bot-sdk-ruby).
  • Removed .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md as it is no longer used due to the presence of multiple templates under .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/*.md.
  • Removed the Makefile and switched to using Composer, since the Makefile was mostly just a wrapper for Composer.
