[Docs] Migrate from redux store to lighter version

Current State

• Currently example folder is using redux for maintaining the state for background color which is very heavy i.e it adds unnecessary complexity and runtime overhead choose the lighter version instead

Desired State

• use React context or any other lighter version state manager

@leecalcote Could you please review this and let me know if the issue really needs to be addressed? If yes, since I’m already creating a new file where i have to add more states, I can implement this feature or even upgrade it from Next.js 12 to the latest version (15).
