doc: The clickhouse deploy provider "radondb" is legacy

Hi all, I found the doc page deploy clickhouse, the radondb cluster only support up to 21. and now the clickhouse is 25. can we replace the doc to using bitnami clickhouse? https://github.com/bitnami/charts/tree/main/bitnami/clickhouse
