Two different configs?

On my PC I would like to set up two slaves. One folder for syncing from server-a and an other folder for syncing from server-b.

Both servers contain different data.

Is this possible with bitpocket?

Interesting, so since bitpocket should do a mirror-sync with each, what's your indended outcome? After syncing with both server-a and server-b, should the two servers have the same data?
