The bulk of the library dependencies are provided and, for the most part, it makes sense to leave their versions unmodified to provide API stability. However, some -- especially reporter dependencies for various 3rd-party service providers -- are packaged in the kamon modules. For these, it makes sense to maintain their versions to relatively recent releases. I believe that I've bumped all such dependencies in this pr
