Fixed error with std.lib Json package erroring due to bytes.
Fix the url not displaying with the ngrok link.
Added version numbers to current packages and simplejson to requirements

Fixed the Json str/bytes error
Added Short.io as a url shortener instead of Google Shortener which is defunct
