Update Introduction links that are 404ing #90

A handful of links were 404ing. The Confluence pages have been moved to new spaces and the links have been updated to reflect that move. The link to the paper has been updated to point to the hosted .pdf version of the paper that is still available online.

👋 I was perusing the docs and found a handful of links that are out of date.
For the Confluence pages, I was able to find that they had moved to new spaces.
The thesis wasn't as clean of an update, but I was able to find a .pdf hosted of it.
❓ Should old versions of the docs be updated, as well? It was an easy thing to do, but if we want to drop that commit, I can update this PR.
