The :no-core feature does not appear accessible from command line #108
Description
As reported by @veqqq in this Zulip topic, it appears that the :no-core feature added in this janet commit is not accessible in the expected fashion from the command line, i.e.:
jpm --no-core quickbin ...
leads to an error (at least in this commit of jpm).
