Description
QR-codes cannot be deleted, so instead they should be archived.
An archived QR-code should redirect to a static page, communicating that it has been archived. It should furthermore be able to display a QR-specific URL, that provides more value to the user, than static page.
The PR also fixes some general issues regarding redirection to controllers, and the structure of simple custom controllers.
