Pure annotations

Hi!

We are currently manually doing all that tshy promises to do. Simplifying and outsourcing our configuration for that is definitely appealing. However, we also do some additional post-processing to add /*#__PURE__*/ annotations where appropriate (currently via https://github.com/Andarist/babel-plugin-annotate-pure-calls).

Do you have any plans on including sth. like that in your tool?

I'd recommend doing stuff like this as a processing step either before tshy runs (outputting ts into ./src) or after (reading js from ./dist). I'll try to put together a little demo repo in a bit using this babel plugin.
