Add publications for all available targets

Currently this targets are not published:

• androidNativeArm32
• androidNativeArm64
• watchosDeviceArm64 (Already mentioned in watchosDeviceArm64 artefact is not published #323)

I believe it's only a matter of adding them into compilation/publication list in the gradle script and publish new version. Hopefully it might be done soon 🙏.

They are rare cases, but for libraries which use big-num and aim to support all the targets it's critical to have them all.

Thanks for the bringing attention to this, we're working on a couple of bug fixes and we will be releasing a new release as soon as that is done. We'll try to add these targets in that new release. Unfortunately I can't give you a precise time frame when will that happen.

I'll update this issue as soon as we add the changes to master, and release a snapshot version, so you might be able to test with that before the full release.
