HashCheck required reinstallation after Windows 11 version upgrade

Not sure if this is something HashCheck can prevent, but trying to open a *.blake3 file after upgrading to Windows 11 23H3 showed an error saying something to the effect that HashCheck could not be found. Reinstalling HashCheck fixed the issue. Interestingly, OpenHashTab remained installed after upgrading.

HashCheck simply register DLL from %WINDIR%\System32\ShellExt During upgrade process Windows have fresh System32 dir and reinstalling/re-registering whole DLL blob. Sadly in registry settings are valid, but DLL file is missing.
IMHO DLL should be placed in %ProgramFiles%\ShellExt cause this is not a driver or Windows component.
