YouTube account with associated Brand accounts that have been set as "default"

Hi issue I am having is that some time ago YouTube changed any accounts that were created Pre 2014 in to a Brand Account and created a new account under the same email address and associated the Brand account with this newly created account. This was done by google and left many people with two accounts linked to the same email address.

My problem is that my Brand Account is the account that has all my channel subscriptions and is the one used almost exclusively day to day for watching. however when logging to a YouTube account through Playlet, it will log me in to the default account that is mostly unused, and as such has no subscriptions or data/history.

Is there a way to make Playlet use the "brand account" as the default for channels and subscriptions? i know google accounts has an option that you set so the YouTube app knows which account should be the default used. and i have my Brand Account set as the default but i don't think Playlet is checking for this.

This is a fair ask. When I was adding YouTube account support, I had to take certain shortcuts so that I don't take forever to release the feature. This was one of them, as I assumed most people don't have multiple accounts per email, and if they did, the default one is most likely to be the one they want to use.
So this is a missing feature, I'll probably need to add an account selector or something at the login flow so you can choose which account to use
