Index translation

Using the program to translate from an epub file, seems the title inside the page are translated, but the same title in the index is maintained untranslated:

I've fixed many xhtml and inline tag problems with certain EPUB files. It's actually quite complicated. But this problem is probably solved now ? The translation now retains almost 100% of the layout. Can you confirm for this case ?

As far as I can see, no.
The issue should be in the files the NCX and OPF, where the table of contents and metadata are stored.

In fact, now that I think about it, even metadata, such as the book's title and synopsis, aren't translated.
