Certain comments within <PRE> get their own new line, changing rendered HTML

belongs on its own line, and thus causes the rendered HTML to differ: a glaring empty line is introduced due to this.

@jidanni yup, it seems wrap can put the comment on a new line...

And the resultant output adds an undesirable new line browser rendering... can be fixed with -w 0 option...

I think this is all in the pretty printer output... but needs verification...
