Currently the
azurerm_logic_app_standardresource only supports system-assigned managed identity, although the service supports user-assigned identity on the ManagedServiceIdentity property for ARM Template an Bicep.Additionally, the official Azure documentation points out that You can enable both the system-assigned identity type, which is enabled by default, and the user-assigned identity type at the same time.
This PR introduces changes on the resource to support both identity types and updates on the documentation.
