couldn't find file 'simple_datatables'

Looks like when i hit this line in my assets

//= require simple_datatables

I get an error.

$ rake assets:precompile

couldn't find file 'simple_datatables'

OK i added this in the CSS... my bad but...

You need to require coffeescript. I have never required it in my app.

All update the readme to state JS not css even though I was dumb. :)
