[Bug] Load Related requests not determinsitc

Summary
When a subgraph uses store.loadRelated, the behavior appears to be non-deterministic. This issue was discovered while investigating a POI discrepancy for the subgraph QmY32QJUP63ePXrKJHb67gpTtTwvHRDoCCAi7NavYCfVDV.

Issue Details
The number of entities retrieved from the database and the queue varies across different runs.
The issue is difficult to pinpoint as it is not reproducible at the exact same block.
Custom trace logs were added to diagnose the discrepancy (see attached diff), but the root cause remains unidentified.

Next Steps
Further investigation is needed to determine the cause of this inconsistency.
Since the behavior is not consistently reproducible, we may need to introduce additional logging or controlled test scenarios to capture more insights.
