This PR enables automated scheduled releases by uncommenting the cron trigger and configuring releases to be published as non-drafts. The workflow will run every Friday at 9:00 AM UTC and automatically create a release if there are changes to the docker/ directory since the last release.
- Enables the scheduled release trigger with a weekly cron schedule (Fridays at 9:00 AM UTC)
- Changes release creation from draft mode to immediate publication
