Exposing Pyroscope (and Prometheus) ports

Any reason why Pyroscope's 4040 port is not exposed / open?
Same for Prometheus port (dunno where it runs)?

So one could use Pyroscope Java agent to collect data,
or execute PromQL queries directly via REST API.

it was not part of the initial scope - but feel free to create a PR expose those ports 😄
