Docker image?

There is a docker image for this that I found here...

This did not work when I tried. Is there an official image for this?

We don't have any official image now.

The following command is working as expected.
docker run -v /tmp/go_mysql_river.toml:/go_mysql_river.toml:ro -d eaglechen/go-mysql-elasticsearch

The only problem is that when I fork that dockerfile, I am not able to build the image. The error seems to be something like this...

Seem this is the problem for your network.

Writing a dockerfile for a Go program is easy. You can:

• Use the go base image
• Clone the go-mysql-elasticsearch and run make, the binary execution is installed in the source/bin directory.
• Set your entrypoint.

you must clone go-mysql-elasticsearch to $GOPATH/src/github.com/siddontang/go-mysql-elasticsearch, then cd $GOPATH/src/github.com/siddontang/go-mysql-elasticsearch and make. The binary execution is installed in $GOPATH/src/github.com/siddontang/go-mysql-elasticsearch/bin

I am able to install it successfully on host machine.
The problem is with the dockerfile. For some reason, I am not able to construct the docker commands correctly. An example of dockerfile will be highly appreciated.
