GMX contract registry #161

GM(X)!
We have started to work with Arbitrum bounty for GMX Python/CCXT integration.
One of the issues is that we need to have GMX address the contract book in Python, across chains.
- Is there a machine-readable registry of various GMX contracts (if not I would recommend dropping a YAML file with commentson a Github)
- Is there an up-to-date human readable page to cross check information
We are maintaining this by hand in our Python source code now. It's a bit painful and would like to have a streamlined way for us, and other integrators.
