Replacing Public Inbox with https://lore.kernel.org/git

We have some docs like https://github.com/git/git.github.io/blob/master/General-Microproject-Information.md which mention Public Inbox or use links to it. These days it's better to use https://lore.kernel.org/git instead.

Yeah, I think we should replace https://public-inbox.org/ with https://lore.kernel.org/ after making sure that the full URL still works in the same way.

I think for links to a message in the Git mailing list archive URLs where we just replace https://public-inbox.org/ with https://lore.kernel.org/ should work the same as both sites use the Message-ID in the URL to link to a message, but I haven't checked.
