Link AppHangs to Profiles

Description

We plan to implement continuous profiling somewhere in 2024 or maybe later (#3555). Once we achieved that, we could link our app hang events to profiles so users get more context around what caused an app hang. This would be especially useful for app hangs that don't fully block the main thread, for which our SDK can't get reliable stack traces, see #3492. To make this a valuable feature we also need changes in Sentry to properly display the link between app hangs and the profile. Please upvote if you want this feature.

this is not solved by Continuous Profiling, only (potentially/partially) enabled by it.

afaik the context, there is still the limitation that Profiles can only be linked to specific Tx by storing the Tx id with the Profile. there is still no way to correlate by trace id + timestamp, so this is still blocke by this limitation. @armcknight @stefanosiano is this correct?

the current way of the continuous profiling is that each span has a profile_id and a chunk_id, so starting from a span and a timestamp we can retrieve the profile that we want.
There is the idea to correlate a trace to the profile_id directly, but that's not coming before profiling GA for sure. No idea if there is an ETA for it
