Consume cypress rules from eslint-frontier-react-config/cypress

1. npm update
2. add frontier's cypress config for our es6 config so we can have that for our apps without specifying it in our apps. The cypress linting rules are specific to just cypress tests.
3. update tests

• Run tests (part of pre-push hook)
• Update demo and tests, if linting configuration is being changed
• Update documentation & README
• Increment package.json version
