For a partition oriented backup check if the same partitions were saved in a previous backup

With option -T it's possible to define which partitions are saved. If in following backup runs less partitions are selected it's possible the no longer saved partitions are lost because of backup recycling.

Write an error message and exit if option `--ignoreMissingPartitions` is not used.
