New size: 1173 bytes
…eous zip junk. This includes the "extra" fields that many zip programs seem to tack on. We're at 918 bytes now, verified with an Android 7.1.1 emulator.

This uses a custom zip compressor to really crush down the zip file. The unsigned zip file is now at 315 bytes, and the signed zip file is at 918 bytes.
