Mismatched custom symbols - lcd.createChar

Hello community, in my project i have 12 custom symbols put in a symbol.h in the form of

byte CELSIUS[] = { // 5
  B00000,
  B01110,
  B01010,
  B01110,
  B00000,
  B00000,
  B00000,
  B00000
};

The problem is that sometimes symbols are shown wrong ... for example i call symbol number 5

lcd.setCursor(18, 3);
lcd.write(byte(5));

but it shows symbol number 8

Do you have any idea where i can search the error?

I answer myself :(

"The standard HD44780 Character LCD controller only supports 8 custom characters"

so i need to reduce the number of custom symbols
